CAT 2019 will be held on November 24, 2019. CAT examination is conducted once in a year.
The CAT examination is a direct gateway to the top management schools of the country including IIMs. In this examination including Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning, a total time of 3 hrs is allocated with 60 minutes for each section.
MAT examination is conducted 4 times every year. Upcoming dates for MAT examination are 8 & 14 December 2019. This examination conducted both in online and offline mode comprises of 200 questions with 0.25 marks deduction in case of an incorrect answer and 1 mark for every correct answer. Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Indian & Global Environment is included in the syllabus for MAT.
SNAP examination is conducted once every year. This year the examination date for SNAP is 15 December 2019. This examination includes MCQs for 1 mark each as well as special questions for 2 marks each. SNAP syllabus includes Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Current Affairs. SIBM (Pune); SICSR; SIMC (Pune); SIIB; SCMHRD; SIMS; SITM; SCIT; SIOM (Nashik); SIHS; SIBM (Bengaluru); SSMC(Bengaluru); SSBF; SIBM (Hyderabad) are the institutes accepting the SNAP score.
XAT 2020 will be conducted on 5 Jan for all the candidates who enrol till 30 November 2019. XAT examination comprises of two sections including Quantitative Ability, English language & Logical Reasoning, Decision Making in one section with General Knowledge and Essay Writing in the second section. For XAT, 1 mark is awarded for every correct answer, 0.25 marks are deducted for every incorrect answer and 0.05 marks are deducted if questions are unattended beyond 8.
CMAT 2020 will be conducted on 24 January 2020. This online management exam in India opens the doors to institutes like IIT ISM (Dhanbad), SIMSREE (Mumbai), GIM (Goa), IPE (Hyderabad), PSGIM (Coimbatore). For this national level exam, 4 marks are awarded for each correct answer and 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer. The syllabus for CMAT includes Language Comprehension, Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness with a total number of 100 questions.
Graduate Aptitude Management Test (GMAT Exam)
The total duration for GMAT exam is 3 hours 30 minutes. For GMAT exam, if the candidate manages to answer the questions correctly, the difficulty level of the questions increases further. In case of an incorrect answer, the difficulty level decreases. More difficult questions carry higher marks. GMAT syllabus includes Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Reasoning.
NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT Exam)
Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, Logical Reasoning are the topics included in the NMAT Examination. NMAT is an exam for 2 hours with no negative marking for wrong attempts.
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT Entrance Exam)
Any bachelor degree holder can apply for IIFT examination which is conducted in an offline mode. Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, General Knowledge and Reading Comprehension are the topics included in the IIFT examination.
