NEET 2019 Exam Instructions & Dress Code Details
NEET 2019 examination will be held on 5th May, 2019 from 2-5 pm in pen and paper mode for all the candidates. In order to avoid malpractices, the exam conducting authority has prescribed a dress code for the examination. Candidates should reach the examination centre at least before half an hour of the exam.
Here is the detailed information about the dress code to be followed by the male as well as female candidates.
Dress Code for NEET 2019:
Male Candidates- Kurta and Pyjamas are not allowed for male candidates. Light colored clothes consisting jeans/ t-shirts and shirts are allowed that are not supposed to be full sleeves. Candidates are not allowed to wear shoes, full sleeves shirts or t-shirts with big sized buttons. Candidates can wear slippers or sandals for the NEET 2019 exam.
Female Candidates- For all the females candidates, full sleeves will not be allowed. Light colored clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons will be allowed for the examination. Even for the female candidates, shoes are not allowed. Also if they are wearing sandals and slippers, those should be having low heels. Female candidates should not use any hair clips or bands for their hair too.
For NEET 2019 examination, all the candidates should avoid certain things.
Caps, wallets, bracelets, chains, food items (packed or unpacked), electronic devices like mobile phones, microphones, pager will not be allowed during the examination.
Female candidates should avoid wearing ear-rings, nose pins, sarees (both married and unmarried).
Metal detectors will be placed at all the exam centres to prevent the candidates from taking items that can help in cheating and malpractices.
