SBI PO 2019 Prelims exam for 2000 vacancies will be conducted from June 8, 2019. To grab the opportunity of getting a job in SBI, you first need to prepare well for the exam. SBI PO is conducted in three phases - Prelims, Mains and Personal Interview, and to crack the exam, you need to qualify all three stages. Vocabulary: To work on your vocabulary, read at least 2-3 articles from newspapers and magazines daily. Make a list of new words and go through the same at least once every day. You can also refer to 'Word Power Made Easy' by Norman Lewis. This can help you in staying aware of the current affairs as well as help you with vocabulary.
Reading Comprehension: For this, you need to have good reading speed along with a strong processing ability. Only regular practice can help you improve your reading speed. Make a habit of reading books, newspapers and magazines. As far as solving the questions is concerned, it is always a good habit to read the entire passage carefully first rather than just randomly searching for answers. Once you have read the passage carefully, you might get an idea of the answers while you jump to the questions section in SBI PO.
Time is the key
SBI has recently introduced sectional timing in the exam. So now you cannot spend a lot of time on a single section and slow reading speed affects it usually.
