By making youself happy you can become more stressless. For this u should think that in which stream u want to go, and by what u get happy. Suppose, if ur interest is in singing than at stress time u should take a power nap by singing. By doing this u will get stress free and u can start ur work with more focus and ur work will become more effective. Thanku!!!!!!!!!!!
